Reese Dallas Bice is an award-winning illustrator, printmaker, and muralist living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received a BA from the University of New Mexico, trained at the Visual Arts Passage illustration school, and specializes in watercolor and ink. He creates work for publishing, editorial, and promotion.
Reese is a two-time winner of the Merit award from 3x3 Magazine. His first picture book, "Fishy Climate" by Daniel Shaw, was published in 2019.
He is inspired by golden-age book illustration, late medieval and Byzantine art, and fashion design. His art is surreal, bizarre, whimsical, dark, fantastical, magical and strange.
